✓ Spotting Scams
If a message creates panic or asks for money urgently, stop and call a family member (or us) first. If they are legitimate, they will let you do this.
✓ Strong Passwords
Use phrases that are easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess, and use unique ones for critical sites like your bank. Store them safely.
✓ Don't Share Codes
Never give out login or other codes sent to your phone, even if the person sounds official.
✓ Check with Family
When in doubt about a link or email, ask a trusted family member (or us) to take a look.
✓ Secure Connections
Never click links in messages or email. Only enter personal information on official websites that have a small padlock icon in the address bar.
