Our Simple Terms
At Crystal Clear Tech Help LLC, we strive to provide excellent service to help you master your digital world. Since our assistance involves personalized time and professional labor, we do not offer refunds once a support session is completed. For ad-hoc help, payments are processed at the very end of your session and are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring you feel confident and satisfied with the help you receive during our time together in Arlington or online.
Support and Appointments
We value your time and our helpers' schedules. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer that time to another neighbor who needs tech support. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be charged in full. This applies to both our local in-person visits and remote support calls. Our goal is to be fair to everyone while maintaining high-quality, reliable service for all our valued clients.
Membership Cancellation Details
Memberships can be cancelled whenever you like. Once cancelled, your next recurring payment will stop immediately. You will continue to enjoy all your membership benefits until your current paid month or year ends. No partial refunds are issued.
